Expedia.com (www.expedia.com) partnered with MarketTools, the leading provider of online market research technologies, to develop and maintain consumer relationships and activity as well as gather and analyze feedback. Council members are invited from the general online travel community as well as Expedia's customer base. Expedia is using MarketTools' market research technology, Panel Management System and zTelligence, to efficiently gather, analyze and share aggregate interactive data from the travel community. Expedia is building and maintaining the online Expedia Traveler Council. MarketTools' Web-based research and management solution will provide a common platform for Expedia to create and deploy surveys to council members via email, Web site or Web intercept. |
